Hey, you are here and have made the first choice. The first of many good ones. This is a terrific place to start. There is lots of support. I've been on every diet, website, etc., and this by far is the best place I've found. Good Luck - find some friends that inspire you and vice versa. You'll do great.

I live at a lake, and most people are retired, and when the weather is nice, everyone thinks it is just one big party. I have to pick and choose when I want to partake. You can get over it, but as long as you are good through the week, exercise more, I think you will be fine.
