so when they talk about all the soda's and how bad they can be for you, even the diet ones………do they mean Fresca as well. It is zero calories, zero sugars, zero everything. A first for me.......
I did something today that I've never done. I knew dinner would be higher in calories than normal, so for lunch I just had a salad! I remained under calories for the day. YEAH for me. Normally, I would of had whatever I wanted and not paid attention to the calories, but with this site.....I 'm accountable!

I'm new to the site, but what I have found I love. I am reading all the success stories, the message boardsand the "old timers" encouraging us newbies, it is just so inspirational. Okay - need some clarification. What is the difference between "my home" and "my profile?" When I type here it doesn't show up there, and when someones types on "my profile" it doesn't show us here? I'm confused. Thanks!
