Second time around

Hey All,
It is my second time around with MFP. I tried last year with alot of success - through April, then of course, I dropped off, gained the weight back. Same ol' story. We all have them. I'm following the Biggest Loser example this year - NO EXCUSES. Alot has happened to me in the last few months of 2011, and needless to say alot of stress. I weighed myself yesterday, and honestly alittle smile crept across my face. I was still one pound down from last January. For my friends that know me, this is a success story in itself, as I was actually 1 pound less Jan 1, 2012 vs Jan 1, 2011.
Anyway, I'm doing it this year.....we all are. No Excuses. I have no excuses for being 65 - 70 pounds overweight.
Just wanted to say hi - and also, that I love the app for the iphone.....the bar code reader is the absolute best!!!
