My calorie goal is 1590 cals a day. I usually have a little less though, like 1000-1400 or so. I do not work out at all :S as I'm busy with school and very lazy and also I hate sport. But I have already lost 44lbs / 20kg anyway. I think you just need to be patient and keep going with the sports and drink a lot of water.…
