I am just starting week 4 of PiYo. I like it, but I feel like I might like Chalean Extreme better, going back I think I would have tried that instead. I have read it burns around 300-400 calories a day :-) I was also told not to go under 1700 calories a day to make sure you keep up your supply.

I did 30 day shred for the past 4 days and just started ripped in 30 today as I have done shred so many times I find it boring, even though its hard for me still. Had a baby 8 months ago and need to lose these last 15 lbs!

Just finished day one level one!!! I plan to do it the full 30 days in a row (that is if I can even walk tomorrow!!). I completed it about a year and half ago and had great results!

Reader's Digest "Magic Foods" is really good I use it all the time, as well I just bought Better Homes and Gardens "Eat Well to Lose Weight" and it has some really good recipes as well. Both list all the nutrition information for each recipe.
