I like the idea of minimums. My minimum is "even on cheat days to eat calories not to exceed TDEE" Thanks for the benchmark!

Thanks msarobix, the idea of a concrete plan is sound. I need to identify all the problems I have and create steps to overcome each of them. For me #1 is in the kitchen, I am going to do some meal prep this weekend. I'd like to get a few go-to meals and get my fruit & veg washed and ready to go for the work week. From…

Challenge accepted! I live in No Fla (spring country) and I am going to hit the trails of nearby state parks. I walk my fire line around 10 acres about 1 mile each AM, but I am going to add the trails for a change of scenery. Going to try and get out once per week to start. Thanks for the motivation msarobix! Happy New…

Can't even swim yet. Just doing some walking. But I'm looking forward to "resuming" lifting to some extent. I know everybody…

I've had a ft4 and just hand wash in sink with mild soap and air dry. Had it a year, good results keeping it clean.

You're worried. Don't ignore your intuition.

Using fresh - cut tops and tails off then cross section cut. Dry heat will keep it from getting slimey. No stick spray and you favorite seasoning. Hot oven. Toss a couple of times while cooking. Great alternative to frying.
