omg, i drink very little to be honest and my lips are nearly always cracked and dry. I'm now wondering whether i'm dehydrated alot of the time. xx

I know, and i love Granola for breakfast with pouring yoghurt. I have found it quite a journey where calories are concerned. I've only been using mfp for maybe three to four weeks, and i'm still weighing everything. Quite scary what i used to eat. Not difficult to pack 3000 a day. Now on 1380. x

Hi, i'll have a go SW - 87kg GW - 80kg (for the challenege - UGW much more!) My goad, is to be able to do a whole Zumba class without stopping or using my ventolin. :bigsmile:
