Pretty much any other cheese. If you just want cheese try part skim string cheese. Or babybel cheeses.

It's less than $20 a month for an online membership. I was successful with it. They don't require you to buy their food like Jenny Craig, nutrisystem, et al. I'd recommend it if you're just getting started. It works if you work it.

Get some headbands that'll help with sweat. Take group classes, swim, hire a trainer.

Try weighing in once a week. My weight can fluxuate up to 2 pounds over the course of 24 hours depending on things like: water intake, sodium (from eating out), alcohol, etc. I've found that weighing mid-week is nice because then you don't have to stress about whether or not it's accurate from a Saturday morning breakfast…

i'm 5'8" and at my heaviest i was 164 and a size 10-12/31. i've lost 25 pounds and am back to a size 6/28.
