It is challenging at first but as you enter more foods you eat you get a better idea of the calories they have. Is it because you are not eating enough or are you burning it while Exercising?

When you get into your 30's, feeling younger starts with the exercise and losing enough weight to feel like you are in your 20's again. I lost 20lbs doing this and definately feel younger but now the challenge is to get back into shape. Feel free to add me as a freind1

It sounds like you can benefit from this AP but should also have someone there coaching you to make better decision for your diet and encouraging excersize. It easy to make the bad choices and talk yourself out of doing beneficial activities.

Hello, I too have a sweet tooth and struggle to stay away from the sugars so I probably could not give the best advise but stick to doing the activities. I started drinking my coffee plain or getting a flavored coffee and just focusing on the calories. Adding alternative snacks with natural sugar seemed to help as well.

Hey, It looks like you play roller hockey! Great way to burn a few calories. I played roller for about 10 years but got lazy,gained weight, let life get in the way and have not played since. This is a great AP and way to get fit.
