Keep doing weights, keep increasing weights, get stronger, your fat will go down but extra bonus the more muscle you build, the more calories you will burn, permanently

May not be invalid, but it is silly to expect results in health/weight when you are eating rubbish. You wouldnt fill a petrol car full of diesel and expect it to work (although some cars aswell as people are awkward).

I'd eat the fat before the sugar, because if you eat the sugar, you will probably eat the fat after it cause you'll be hungry soon after! Then again their is bad fats like hydrogeniated its a minefield! Or just go eat a vegetable

I didnt like it cause when i toasted it, it broke when i tried to put butter on it, then everyone kept asking me what diet i was on cause I was eating it Never did well for my sandwiches either :( Normal slice of bread folded in half now !

Calorie count is useless as some will eat rubbish aslong as they are under calorie goal. nutrients is where its at.

as per what everyone else has said however you will know yourself if you have eaten too much protein, your sweat will give off a vinegar-y /ammonia smell. very temporary just lower the amount you take if that happens. it happened to me, was not pleasant for people about lo!

Nope I try not to associate emotion with food, its counter-productive. 'I felt bad, i ate so much, now I'll eat more to feel better' And the cycle continues.

I dont estimate i used my HRM Its possible for body attack for me to get into 100-120 per 10mins, most classes are 60mins, however someone bigger than me, taller or holding more weight would gain alot more calore burnage. Calorie burnage is always a guess either way.

He probably 'lost' more because he didnt work out as much, causing less water absorption which happens when your muscles are repairing. If you ever work out, you will notice a 'bloat' which is temp. I always weigh more after work outs than before.

I got diagnosed with sports induced asthma 3 years ago, my asthma nurse recommends me taking the reliefer [sp?] 30 mins prior to cardio exercise.
