How much metformin are you taking, 2,000mg??, I found when i lowered my carbs i felt rubbish with the highish dose I was getting (1500mg), and requested my doctor could I take a lower dose, she was happy about it and I no longer felt ill (500mg) and then requested for the slow release. Yep, its easy, I get mistaken as 16 and under quite a bit (so get offered child fairs!) And as drinking is 18 and over here, its a bit annoying when I got constantly asked, even when i'm buying a rather specialist bottle of alcohol as gifts. I add ground cinnamon to it, but mostly cause i love ground cinnamon dont see why you couldnt use a cocoa powder or something for a chocolate taste but depending on the process of the powder it may be bitter too =/ Try it anyway see how it goes and let us know!

Type 1 or 2, it may help but if you're taking insulin you would be type 1? I found it great for my insulin resistance (im pre type 2) so would be useless talking about 1 !

Yep I cant go high carb its against drs orders plus i've had a few times where i've been 120+ carbs, and felt ill, couldnt sleep, felt lethergic (although dont know if its cause im prediabetic and/or if intolerant to stuff) Meat, veg and some dairy my happy bubble

Dont eat them, that is pretty much it it will take a few days to a week but your cravings will ease off, even avoid artificial sweeteners as they wont kill cravings.
