Yep, same happens with wraps, rice and pasta So I just cut them all out, my waist goes up 2 inches min if i eat bread any of them, then the cramps, the gas etc, so i'd rather not. Never liked them anyway, so no big loss, the sauces and fillings where the only thing tasted good to me.

If you have been in ketosis for a while, your body is more efficient in dealing with the ketones so the stix are alot less accurate, just look for the other signs that you are in it. Being low fat can knock you out of it, or going too high protein .
