It depends on the size of chicken breast, I find its alot easier to graze so your meals seem to be alot smaller. Unless they are doing something like slimming world and the veg or whatever they are eating with the chicken is 'free' ?

I had chinese about 2 months ago, i felt bloated and sick after it, and that was just after eating less than half of it. I avoid it like the plague now, cause i just feel bloated no matter how little of it i eat, although its a pain if someone wants to go to a chinese to eat! Use it as motivation not to order it anymore.

To get protein to reduce my recovery time between workouts, plus I dont eat alot of large meals to get it that way (cause i no longer physically can eat large meals cause my stomach has gone to normal size!) I usually grab them while they are on offer.

If you enjoy it you will keep it up, if you dont you will stop But aslong as you realise you arent suffering exhaustion, I would keep it up. Some people can train long, some people can train hard, others can train long and hard ho ho !

Yes you can exercise too much if you become addicted to it (such as exercising when injured can make your injury worse etc) I work out quite a bit, and always get funny looks and told, its not healthy with the amount i do, but aslong as you build yourself up (which is what i did) and you arent suffering from over…

Water retention, lactic acid (increases your muscle temp happens from exercising) check what type of food you are eating, avoid sodium and reduce your goal weight loss as you have alot less to get rid of.

The thing with PCOS is alot of women who were diagnosed with diabeties type 2 original had undiganosed PCOS. (whoohoo Embarrasing bodies on tv) Seeds dont completely digest (well alot of them dont) as our body cant digest them, its kinda similar to sweet corn in your poop.

Probably best to get rid of dessert altogether its meant to be a treat not a regular occurance, they may start associating clearing plate as being good, then dessert with reward. I do both I eat less cause I dont want to burn off x amount of calories I exercise more because I enjoy it and feel better for it. But i dont 'reward' myself with junk food just for doing something healthy.
