Boobs never changed at all, i went from a 36b to 34C they dont seem to be getting smaller but my ribs are, so will prob end up a 32D but I always wanted to be a D

I have known this for ages, I always go to the gym just when a cold is about to develope however I seem to of developed a bad one really quick, stupid bugs are getting smart!

I usually get any asics on offer (more expensive ones if i've read reviews etc) for almost everything, and nike musique for zumba cause it doesnt have a large grip and they are light.

Trust us when we say this, absolutely everyone else is more worried about how they look. (although they probably look like they are looking at you, they arent, they will checking their technique in any mirrors that are handy). The teacher should ask is anyone new so they know to give basic instructions to for your health…

See your dr and recommend getting tested for diabeties or anaemia, check your protein levels too.

Not soon, slow and steady ! lol about 1 and half stone being shifted each year, im in it for the long haul! I'm 3lb off being in 25bmi, all excitable but with xmas will be somewhat hard to stay completely on track. The really cold weather with snow and ice, im black and blue from walking about on the ice and slipping, I look like i've been beaten up! When i'm really tired from working and college, when i'm having a rather bad time with general life issues. But i try to pick myself up with thinking all the endorphines for exercising.

I use Philips sound cancelling ones which have a smallish lead and an extension cord to make it normal lenght, mainly cause i dont want loads of extra wire about, set me back £20 but last pair i used lasted a good 2 years until i lost them with a shuffle.

I would let it count, i walk into town which is about 4000 steps, one day a friend (i just counted with my ipod from the start of the shopping) hit over 11k steps walking about which works out as a number of calories, i didnt feel bad drinking a gingerbread latte !

The new propoints is almost the same as slimming world 'syns' which in the track record of friends doing it (i dont like counting things as points) seems to be going pretty well for them.

When you feel like you are looking great and bump into an ex partner to realise, they are drooling. Its sweeter than any dessert I've ever tasted. I agree with escalante when you cant stomach the smell of fast food.

Meat and dairy mainly, then sometimes alot of beans too But if i think i am flagging on my protein especially when training/recovery i get a protein bar which is 20.4g of protein for the 60g of bar, tastes like chocolate too, not a bad thing!
