  • Adore zumba, its one of the most popular gym classes I go to ! I use the nike (musique) dance range though but puma also do similar, I buy whichever seems to be on offer when I need them. You'll always be filled with smiles afterwards!

  • Quite a few things, stationary bike, treadmill (I'd rather the view change on both of them so walk outside) and plank, my butt always goes up in the air. But thats probably cause i love squats and lunges, which makes your butt stick out anyway, lol

  • Started at 190lb 2 years ago, down to 144 (havent gone up yet thankfully) however I want to make it down to 120-130 to reduce pcos symptoms. Just want to be midhealthy range, then see how symptoms are to pcos to see if I will be happy.
