I really don't know my calories left for saturday because I was at the party, drinking and dancing a lot :/ don't know how much calories have I drank or burned :/

yesterday I went a lot over my calorie goal, but I don't care! :) I was at my boyfriends and we were having a nice dinner (he made it!!), drinking wine, watching movies, dancing a bit and so.. :) I considere yesterday as my day off.. I'm now full of strenght and happines and gonna do so good:)

Why don't you tell him the truth and see what happens? You have to be honest to him.. If you lie, it's not fair to him, but not fair to you either...

A - I put on weight. I guess it's just liquid but feels awful eitherway..

I drink chocolate cappucino.. It relaxes my stomach a bit and fools it when I crave for chocolate:)

I just started my day one:) It's not that hard..at the moment you're doing it.. It's harder later xD (muscle pain and so...) But I read it's totaly worth it!!!

Ok so i suppose I'm first to report my calories left. My sunday is over..it's after midnight in my country. I have 527 calories left:-)

I include tea.. I drink it without sugar, honey.. maybe just a few drops of lemon, but nothing more.. And I drink tea a lot, so it woudn't make sense not to include it.

every time I can't walk because of my muscle pain I take a day off xD and yes, I feel guilty, but really can't help it:(

When I want to go out with girls and eat pizza or icecream or anything.. I feel guilty, but next day I go rollerblading, running, exercise a lot.. So I like to think that I'm fixing it that way. We only have one life, we should enjoy it.
