kcal is really the same thing as calories. you can find kcal written on packages because it's shorter than calories. no conversations needed.

I log 30ds as circuit training too.. but really don't know how to log bfbm :/ It would be great if someone who's doing it with HRM can tell us are the burned calories after bfbm similar to circuit???

This was supposed to be my day 3 of level 1 but I'm so tired, hungry and weak :( It's midnight here where I'm at.. So I think I'm going to sleep. If I do it twice tomorrow, can I count it as I did it today?

I've done the level 1, day 1 about a 100 times. I always take days off because I feel so sore the day after:S But I'm determined this time. 30 days - no days off. I did my 1. day, level 1 today. hope it stays the only 1 day, and no more starting over:)

I am a vegetarian but have no problem with protein intake. I'm always over... you should eat spinach, beans, yogurts, milk, cheese (I eat cottage cheese), eggs and so.. you can find proteins even in pasta and bread, they're everywhere lol or you can buy supplement.

I don't know.. I usually don't cook so I don't have much experience... All I know is that you can put brown sugar :/ It's healthier then the white one. btw guys... I couldn't stop eating after one portion..I ate 4. They are small like a cookie (made them in muffin pan) but... Delicious! :)

Can I join? :) I just finished day 9 of level 1 and I can certainly feel the change! I didn't take measurements (my mistake), but I don't feel the muscle pain like I did at first and working out is much easier now then on day 1.

I'm watching my iron intake too.. I eat a lot of vegetables, but I don't eat meat. Beans and spinach have lots of iron! That is what I usually consume..

When I feel I'm eating too much, I burn more calories then usual. And I eat my exercise calories, not all, I leave about 200. I think it's ok to exercise after eating more then you're suppose to. That way you burn these extra calories.

I have the same problem.. I burn about 500 cals a day, at weekends much more. I eat 5 meals a day, about 1200 cals. But I don't eat my workout cals because I really am not hungry...
