There are recipes out there that use nutritional yeast as a seasoning which I find really tasty - its a seasoning vegans/vegetarians use as it contains B vitamins and the taste is slightly similar to cheese. Kale chips are definitely not like potato chips but are amazing in their own way!!!

My favourite green smoothie: 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup water 1 small frozen banana 1 kiwi fruit 1-2 cups frozen spinach + cinnamon So good! :)

My NSV for today is still going to the gym early this morning even though I really, REALLY didn't want to. Also putting on a dress that is usually skin tight and having it sit a little looser :)

Avocado is the best! I mash it up with a little soy sauce and nutritional yeast and use it in sushi... so good!
