I am a day late - I actually started my challenge on Friday January 31. I typically do yoga on Monday, Wednesday and sometimes Friday. Yesterday, Saturday, I went to a class at my gym and managed to do a Extended Side Angle with a Bind for the first time ever! My end goal is to do a head stand!
