  • I too am in Indy. Due to the crappy weather, I am home, my fiance is home and my daughter. The only problem is that I had to day off as a vacation day and due to the weather no one else could make it into the office so I am working from home. There goes a productive day at home. :(

  • I will sometimes eat a stick of string cheese. Like someone before, I wil eat a few almonds. Most nights I will eat something before heading to bed. If I don't I am more likely to get out of bed and get something and then it is usually not very healthy.

  • I am doing P90X. Most of the workouts are at least 45 minutes, some are an hour plus a 20 minute abs workout. For me at least it is really intense, but I like it. However I like working out and the feeling I get when pushing myself to my limit. I don't know how much it costs cause my fiance bought but he can't keep up.
  • I have had issues with fiber also. I always go over but I have found that as long as I increase my fiber slowly to allow my body time to adjust and make sure to drink plenty of water I haven't had further issues.

  • I find it not too bad on days when I workout but rest days like today I am constantly hungry because I was affraid of going over. I ended up at 1280 today so I didn't do bad, but was not satisfied all day until after dinner.
