I'm 181 and losing by generally cycling between 1650-1850, you're not eating enough, especially if you exercise. Try to adjust/lower your calorie intake as you lose weight, but if you drop down too low, you'll relapse or binge.

Doesn't matter what time you eat. I have noticed personally(and read some research that backs this up) that you're more likely to pig out in the evening than earlier in the day, but sometimes that happens to me if I skip lunch and I'm famished by dinner time.

Shake Shack. A meal I'd want to eat from Shake Shack is what my caloric intake should be for two days and some change.

I'm trying to replace binge eating when I'm sad with studying or chores. I sweep or dust, and drink about 2 glasses of water if I get the urge. I try to stop thinking about food for at least a half hour because I read that cravings take 15 minutes to dissipate, which I've found to be true.

fresh fruit and veggies have better nutritional value too, with the nutrients and vitamins that can be freeze dried from frozen foods.

once a week, because your weight fluctuates from day to day. you should try to weigh yourself first thing in the morning before you eat anything also.
