Day 5... doing it. Worried if I should move to level 2 after D10 if I still can't do all the push-ups? I know it's probably just bloat but after a week I did lose 1" off my undertoned waist! Thanks for posting it's awesome to see what you all have to say. Have a great weekend!

Day 2 - much harder than day one. I have been reintroduced to my core and it is not happy with my neglect. I do like being done in 25 minutes though!

Ok, going to try this with you all. I am very new to MFP but really appreciate the diverse fun community. I do have a newbie question - How do you account for 30 day shred in the activity portion of MFP? Thanks so much in advance.
