Hi guys, Dianie here. Decided it is now or never, got myself a good dietplan from a dietician, signed up for Healthy on the Go foodpacks, got a training plan and trainer and ready to go. Lost 3 kgs in the first 2 weeks, now to maintain the weight loss as I have another 17 to go. Wish me luck!
