Yup. I've been the same weight for the last couple of weeks, but when i look at the mirror, and measure myself, im getting thinner on the right places and bigger on the right places :) All except this low ab belly.... will this ever go away? lol so, dont stress about it. as long u keep looking good, and feeling good.

Well... when i get that feeling, i go down to the lobby of the building, and come back up by stairs to the 8th floor. i also do some push ups, dips, calves while sitting, and obliques inf u have a chair with wheels its awesome. if u google "workout in your office" ull get the idea.

yeah :) i only mean that she means well, dispite she is making mistakes. My point here is that you can do Intermittent fasting if done properly. Its not "OMG!! One meal per day!?!?!?" Thank god we have MFP. And poor her, she doesnt know about it.

Well... Try to research a bit on Intermittent fasting: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-19112549 or 5:2 diet, before u jump ur guns into the girl. Although, my personal opinion is that It’s far more important WHAT you eat and HOW MUCH you eat than WHEN you eat it.
