  • Do cardio every day (or almost every day) and strenght training 30 minutes 3 times a week. But a real strenght training, not girls strenght training. And than slowly figure out what works best for you and modify your training accondingly. That's the easiest way.
  • Everything except the first one. I just don't think that fighting over a purse is worth the risk (of being stubbed, for example).
  • Of course, always when I want a pizza I imagine myself looking soking sexy in my bikinis and my pizza cravings go away straight away. (It doesn't work with french cheese cravings sadily, than I need to look at my "fat" photos). Congrats for loosing weight, keep going!
  • Wow, like a diffrent person! You look so cute now!
  • I have the same issue. If I eat shortly after I wake up I get really hungry few hours after that and I tend to eat too much on that day. I stopped forcing myself 3 months ago and I feel much better now. I still have breakfast, lunch and dinner but I have it a bit later. Usually my day looks like that: 9:00 coffee, 12:00…
  • I agree! When you drink at some point you just need to have a snack:)
  • Thank you all for support! We'll see if I'm strong enough:) Alcohol is not only calories but it also makes me weaker so my workouts are not as intense as they could be.
  • If you have shin problems and some other pains, if you're bigger and out of shape and any excercise seems to be just too hard for you, I have only one suggestion: swimming. Pool is great for everything and the best for people with any pains.
  • I find legs and core strenghtening excrecises very helpful. Also biking and swimming are a great cross training optiong if you want to keep running. Good luck.
  • Come on people, I need some support here!
  • You guys are so amazing and don't even look like the same people in the before and after photos! Wow! Emily, you're the most beautiful person in the world, can I add you as MFP friend?
  • """""""""""""Oh Lordy lordy, my husband is SMOKIN' hot and always grabs attention. I used to get really jealous and have a hissy fit at him for it, now I sit back and enjoy the view. If some other woman wants to chat him up, buy him a drink and then watch me take him home its up to her! Sometimes playing games is fun…
  • A. But if they talk for too long (longer than 15 minutes) or if he starts flirting back, or if she starts touching him, I come and join the conversation (casualy, no fighting or being mean).
  • buy a roastet chicken/ cottage cheese/ smoked cheese/ turkey ham + redy cut salad + some baby spinach and make a salad. Dress it with olive oil and its ready to eat. For something warm, go for a veggie soup in a restaurant.
  • And remember that we don't need animal products everyday, just 2-3 times a week is enough. This is a good news as animal products are the expensive ones. Beans and legumes are cheap source of protein.
  • Come on, I can't believe that ready meal is actually cheaper than home made! Just stay away from overrated quinoas etc and go for what is in season and grows in your area! How expansive can a one pot of potatos/corn + spinach + chicken thigts be? Or a pot of beans, peppers and tomatos? or a desert made out of baked apples…
  • If you keep running and strenghten up your legs, you'll start running much faster in no time. You could also change one of your running trainings to interwal training: run as fast as you can for 30 sec and than super slow for 1 minute, that's just an example, of course, but it helped me at least. Good luck! p.s. I didn't…
  • How is everyone doing? I've lost only 0.2kg, which is ok I guess, but I'm going to try to push it harder. How are you doing guys?
  • I'm having a hard time. For las week My weight didn't move at all (or went slightly up). I was working out and eating almost right, so it's discouraging..... I feel like quitting ang eatting pizza :/
  • @talamer: Great, another running person! I need to stay motivated to run, so I'm happy you're here:)
  • Can I still join? I'd love to lose 3kg this month! My CW is 58 and my GW is 48 (before you say anything, I'm 158cm tall so it's a healthy weight for me) so still 10kg to go! My second challange is to be able to run 10K in the end of this month. Right now I'm just about running %K without stopping. Does any of you run as…
  • On your profile you say that you're 20 yers old, but than you say that you don't control what you eat and on the photo you look like a skinny 14 years old girl... What are you exactly doing on MFP, except for asking dumb questions?
