Some days I feel beautiful, and some days not. And it has nothing to do with make up.

I always feel like I look a bit more tired without make up, and I like to put my mascara on. I usually wear make up, but years of being proffesional athlete taught me to feel confident without it. On training camps nobody wears make up for weeks. I don't train anymore, sadily.

Even if you go off track, if it's for a day, a week or a month, you need to find your way back. Don't quit.

Because when I got anorexic, went to hospital and got depressed he decided that I wasn't fun anymore. And second one, because I couldn't stand that he was sleeping with 100 diffrent girls at the same time including one that I really didn't like and telling me about every single one with details. "Because I love woman so…

Hot dog sausages, canned hams, ready made hamburger patties etc. Any time I see those I can just see the skin and bones it was made of.

My usual breakfast items are: eggs (boiled, poached or scrambled with no butter), rye bread dry thins (http://www.fazer.com/Global/Atmospheric/FB_crisp_620x400.jpg) which build my sandwich on, apples and other fruits, high protein joghurt, buttermilk, cottage cheese, spinach, sprouts, salmon, ham, cheese... I'd go for fatty fish like salmon, tuna, herring. Beans are "bulking" as well. "Bulking" dinner for me would be for example buckweat/ brown rice/ coucous with chickpeas or lentils and a big piece of salmon or beef steak. Some seasoning, herbs or sauce added.

Yes. I workout in the afternoon so I have my makeup on anyhow, and it would be just waste of time and energy to wash it off. I don't wear strong makeup anyhow. My workout clothes also need to be nice, otherwise the only thing I can focus on is that I look ugly.

If you don't like programs (I don't) than just find some 5K circle that would be starting and ending at your doors (use google maps). At first run slowly as long as you can, than walk a bit to rest, than run again, walk etc. And every singe time you go running try to run more and walk less, untill you can run the whole…

If I bake or fry, I count half of what I actually used (unless its something that soaks fat, like breading or mushrooms or eggplant). But when I cook risotto, pasta, soup etc, I log the whole amount.

I like both :)

I don't like sweets but I'm a serious pasta monster. When I start eating it, I can't stop. But I still eat it and just cut the callories out of some other meals. I just love it too much.

Ok so as a former anorexic and former bulimic person I need to tell you: You have an eating disorder. And your overeating is as bad as undereating and it is all the same problem. My advice is to see a doctor. As for a diet: you need to put your health first. Don't try to loose any weight before you deal with your eating…
