I have the same problem. Squads, lounges etc will definitely tone your legs and it will make them look better. I do both: gym and outdoors, and sometimes home. I know that gym is not the healthiest place to be in and I choose to go there anyways. Other thing is: watch those antibacterial gels that you're using. They might be causing your health problems.

Definitely not. Eating 600kcal orgainc burger is no better than 600kcal non organic burger (for your weight). Eating less and working out will help you loose weight.

Haha it's so normal. At first you always loose the most, it gets harder when your body notices that you're dieting. It also get's harder when you get slimmer. Get used to loosing weight slowly and remember: every 0.5 pound is great. if you loose only 0.5 pounds a week, in a year you'll be 26 pounds down, and that's a lot.

Also, It's actually good to change trainers from time to time. Each of them will give you and tell you something else.

I'd just talk to him and say that you really enjoy working out with him and that you would like to keep it up but that you've noticed him being distracted recently and that you undarstand his situation but need a 100% commitment from him. That's it.

So do those worouts twice a week and on other days fit in some 10 - 20 minute workout (go to youtube for short workouts inspiration, there are plenty of them). for sure you can wake up 10 minutes earlier (or go to sleep 10 minuter later).

The whole big rgg plant is only 100kcal. bake it, take the musse from inside, blend it with your fav spices/herbs. You can it it on it's own or dip some celery/carrots in it. Also any kind of home made vegetable soup made with no oil is going to be almost zero kcal.

Of course you can go, diet is not supposed to be a prison. Just do it smart: Maby instead of fries and mayo you an have baked potatos an ketchup. My favourite low cal drink: Vodka+ sparkling water+ lemon/ lemon juice. And don't eat anything that you don't really want.

Try eating fresh, basic food, something that wasn't processed. So for example milk, joghurt, cheese are ok, but chocolate milk, strawberry/ frozen joghurt and low fot cheese are not.
