It's taken me 7 months, but I'm finally only 6lbs to goal! Just 1lb away from one of my mini goals of '5lbs to goal'. I'm also really close to a healthy BMI for my height (I don't strength train so it's not muscle, okay, LOL). From an obese BMI of 32.6 to an almost healthy BMI of 25.6! Just 2 or 3 lbs to a healthy BMI.

    Thank you ^_^

As for it being hard - yes and no. It's been bloody frustrating, and I've tripped up SO many times. I have reverted into old habits at times, comfort ate, binged, not logged, deviated, but I ALWAYS get back on it, and that's why I have succeeded.

I am absolutely terrified of getting fat again, and of reverting back into old habits, but I hope I will not. I should be getting therapy soon, for other issues, but hopefully starting to work on those issues will help with my food ones.

Luckily, I haven't had to exercise at all, or eat 1200 calories, to lose this weight. And these last few lbs seem to be coming off fairly easily, so I'm grateful, but I NEVER want to have to do this journey again!

I'm so happy for you:) I guess that the key to not gaining weight is to really love your new livestyle and to enjoy every singe day of it:) Fingers crossed for that!

Thank you sweetie! You're right. Also, a lot has changed about me physiologically. I get full much easier, hate the feeling of being stuffed and things are often too sweet for me now. I am also more likely to try new things.

    Fingers crossed, ay?!

Keep going! Best advice I can give. Everyone has a different method, but most important thing is to keep on going.
