Epic Fail!

Ok,

So I started on here a month or two ago weighing 14st 10 and wanting/need to get down to the low 13s for my beach wedding in February!

A month or two on I'm now 15 st 1 and even less time to my wedding! Could do with a bit of tough loving if anyone feels they could help I will try and be supportive back.

Any help would be greatly received.

    Stop the drinking !!!! there is no way your going to lose the waight before your weddind if you dont also try upping your exersise it realy does make a diference. Good look with your wedding .

    I think the fail is more the fact that you haven't tracked jack squat and are surprised that you gained weight. You can't really expect to succeed with this if you don't do the bare minimum basics.

    - stop drinking beer ( and alcohol in general)
    - stop eating junk
    - stop drinking sodas
    - eat fruits, veggies and lean protein
    - do cardio excercises every day for at least 45 minutes (running, biking, swimming)
    - lift weights every second day

    Do it and you'll see your results

    Log the food you eat.

    In May I was 16 stone. I'm now 12 - have actually been for a bit as I've been eating a bit too much recently, though have been improving fitness and strength so not too worried.
    You've got the time to do it - the question is how much do you WANT to?

    Oh and I did it by drinking (diet) soda and eating what most would consider 'junk'. But I had more calories out than calories in.
