What an absolute d*** of a doctor!! I would so make a formal complaint that's absolutely disgusting! Thanks my lovely! I think all the cardio and weights has made a HUGE difference , been trying to tone it all up as i lose. been doing and hour or so a day since august.

Thank you !!! :flowerforyou: only 5 ft 2 so the weight looks worse I think squished down into a tiny person! LOL I lost a few pounds before I started here so it may be nearer 40lbs but I didn't start weighing myself till I started here :smile:
