Thanks! about 8/9 months of workouts daily! as well as changing my eating habits, I workout about 3 times a week now.

I've been with my hubby for over 16 years and I think they forget that we like to hear compliments, i get " But you know i think your pretty" but how do you know if they don't say it? Maybe he's feeling threatened by the weight loss and by buying you your fav foods he's keeping you the way you are so you won't leave him…

If it's any help, I cut out things like bread and pastries, they were my worst downfall try to eat cleaner more fruit and veg etc....and regular exercise, what do you like doing? I've discovered a love of kickboxing since I started my journey :)

I've had a few days of going over and I try not to get down hearted about it, I just pick myself up and try harder or try and squeeze in an extra workout! :tongue:

You know what? for the first time ever I'm really looking forward to the summer! I've always been hot and yucky and sluggish and have felt like I have to cover up all the rolls!! So looking forward to wearing t shirts and maybe I may be brave enough for shorts!!! :O

I never would have been able to keep going if it weren't for everyone on MFP , I've made some ace friends that make me laugh every day and keep me going when I'm having a bad day ( or month!) I have quite a collection now :laugh: my favourite one is called weight loss cardio kick, it has 2 20 min workouts which are great if you don't have a lot of time, you can do them together with the warm up and cool down in 51 mins. It's loose skin now, lost most of the fat i think, my 1st section was 10 years ago and 2nd was 6 years ago, been overweight/obese for all of my adult life, only just getting into the healthy weight range now. exactly, I have this trouble, I'm only 5ft 2 and my taller friends burn a lot more than me, also since I've lost weight my burns are smaller and as they weigh more they burn more on average x x ( hope that made sense, it did in my head! hahah )
