never made it to level 3, knees gave out during level 2 and doc recommended I stop!

I've lost just over 3 stone doing this :) Been eating a lot of homemade veggie soups, salads and fruits and lots of chicken and eggs and I was working out an hour a day mixing cardio and weights on alternate days x x x

It's nice to see people are losing either lbs or inches though I'm annoyed that I'm not :( I keep telling myself that maybe it's muscle! Esp as i still do my usual workout on top of this :ohwell:

that's the weights I use :smile: did todays after a 75 min pump it up workout and got a better calorie burn woooooo! Still hate the press ups...and jumping jacks!!
