Coffee helps cure my sweet tooth. Also grapes and pretzels together is an awesome combo that cures my salty/sweet craving. Another trick is do some exercise and then if you still want it after that, then have it in moderation.

The important thing you are back. I went through the same thing. Lost about 70 pounds and then just quit trying. I let a little over 30 pounds come back on..yikes!!! It made me just want to give up and not care, but that is definitely not the answer..now I am back and loving it. Ready to claim my life before my life claims…

I totally agree with this and myself have wondered what is wrong with my thighs why can't I have a thigh gap...so I am happy to read this and remind myself that we are all created unique and shouldn't try to force our bodies into something it was never meant to be.

I'm 5'5" and a half and once I hit 149 people started thinking I was looking too thin..my face was too small. I am still going for 149 once again, gained some back..boo. I will see how I like myself at 145 and go from there. 145 is in my healthy bmi range

I just made them yesterday, I got about 8 small pancakes from them..super good. Taste almost like a crepe. I also crushed some red raspberries on top..yum!! Even my four year old wanted seconds, think it is breakfast for lunch again today!! ;)

I made banana pancakes yesterday...simple and so good. 2 eggs and 1 banana mash it all up and cook on griddle about 3 minutes one first side and 2 on back
