I am in. I haven't been logging that great last week or so, so this weeks challenge will be good for me :)

Starting weight: 212 lbs. Goal weight for this challenge: 198 lbs

I like Wishbone's Light Italian Dressing 2TBSP = 35 calories with a little avocado. Kraft's Creamy Italian Dressing is good to and 2 TBSP = 80 calories.

I got a cheap one from Walmart for $10, not digital though. It gets the job done. It's great having a scale to make sure you are eating the right portion size :) It's a good idea to also have measuring cups and spoons.

Completed day 4 before work this morning. It seemed to be easier and go by faster. My legs are still a little sore, but better than day 2 :)

I made it through day 3. My legs are a little sore, but it seems to be a little easier. My children do the same thing, ignore me when I am not busy and as soon as I do something they are stuck to me like glue. I found that it is easier getting up early before they wake to complete this.

I made it through day 2 this morning before work....I so didn't want to get up lol My thighs are pretty sore, but it seemed to be a little easier. :)

I am shooting for the early mornings before work and the kids get up....but if mornings don't work out I will switch to evenings after the kids are in bed :)

I have two boys, 6 and 3. When it is nice outside they like to walk with me, play catch, tag, etc. On cold or rainy days, they like to do the zumba for xbox kinect with me and some of the wii games can be fun too.
