  • I was told that with belly fat, you have to do cardio as well as staying on an eating deficit. Ab exercises are great, but only if you are doing them along side cardio. If not, you will be building great ab muscles, but not removing the fat which will then make your tummy look even bigger.
  • Depends...but about once a week. Only in the mornings, right after I get up and pee (what you pee out would normally show up on the scales). If I weigh in every day, I just get obsessed and I don't feel I see any change.
  • I want to look and feel proportional as well as feel great. My midsection is my main goal to get rid of, but losing weight everywhere wouldn't be bad thing either. A little muscle definition would be appreciated as well! If I feel I look good, I'll feel great!
