What about baking something and giving it away to a neighbor with a busy schedule or small kids? Someone that doesn't have time to bake. Or a nursing home or hospital, or even a soup kitchen? I bet you could find plenty of people who would appreciate your talent without you having it sitting around being tempting.

^^This^^ It comes on slowly but surely, while your busy with work and kids or whatever, and you keep thinking you will deal with it later, when life slows down, and all of a sudden, its not just a few pounds or a pants size, its 100 pounds and 12 pants sizes.

Edit: ^THIS^ I had the same problem. And the problem was HIM, not me. Now I have a fabulous boyfriend that treats me like gold. You have your whole life ahead of you and you have to kiss a few frogs before you can find your prince. I think this one's a frog : )

I have been on here for two weeks, and just in the last couple days have I finally stopped feeling like I was starving all the time. It's worse at work in the afternoon when I used to snack a lot. I think its partly habit, and partly getting used to not being overly full all of the time. Keep it up, you'll get there!

I think it depends on what pace your going, but for jogging/running I used to always listen to 80's pop lol. Madonna, Bananarama, the Go Go's, that sort of thing. It has a quick tempo so it was easy to keep moving with it.
