I agree with birdie, you should cook your own healthy meals. Maybe pick one day a week to make several nutritional meals and store them in the freezer, so when the family sits down to eat, you can have your own plate of delicious food. It is hard to make others realize the danger in eating high fat, high calorie meals…

the water and tea are an awesome idea. I chew on a few almonds or sunflower kernels. good fat and nuts are supposed to help feel full.

I have been smoke free for 2 years, in comparison to dieting, that was the easy part :) Congratulations to you!! 10 lbs left, it must feel incredible!
