I would trust your heart monitor. The bike will just give you a general and without monitoring your heart rate it cant calculate it correctly. Maybe take the average of the two...

Uhhh.. I know what you mean... I let my self slip a little during the holidays but make myself work out an extra 10-15 mins per work out... Every little bit helps. Over the course of my weekly routine it helps curb that extra couple of lbs.
