I think I'll be breaking up the sit-ups from now on, but the plank was actually easy for me today! I set the stopwatch and started the plank, started thinking about something and planked ten seconds than I meant to!

I'm really glad that you posted this, I was literally thinking about this while on the treadmill earlier!! I was going to search for stuff on youtube and hope for the best, but I really like the milk jug idea!!

I'm hoping to keep up with a good attitude, but it's hard sometimes!!! :D I smoked cigarettes for 16 years and quit in June. When I did that, I started running and that's really been a good attitude boost for me! I'm trying now to work on my breathing when I'm running and then I'll work more on speed and distance. So…

I totally agree with you on that! I have done an ab challenge before and it was a lot of fun, after the initial 'ouch it hurts' phase!!! :)

York here! Where do you all work out at? I walk/jog at John Rudy sometimes, and other times use the fitness trail around my parents house in Windsor. I am currently bursting with motivation, but I know that will subside in a couple of weeks, haha. Anyone looking for a walking buddy?
