That is what I am doing too!! I did this workout only and it was killer!! I am doing the 30 DS, 6P6W, and 30-45 min of elliptical!

As everyone has stated it is a DVD Workout by Jillian Michaels (trainier from the Biggest Loser). I have had immense success from using this website to log and motivate combined with her 30 Day Shred disc..For me I have to use at home b/c not only do I work a full-time job but I'm a mom who doesn't have extra time to take…

Starting on left at 225 in Sept 2009, Right is at 175 in April 2010 August 2010 169 Current March 2011 at 181 (getting back on track, my husband came home from Iraq in Sept '10 and I had surgery.. )

Aggravates me everyday Twin! I don't think aggravates even the right term, its really depressing for me and makes me hate to go shopping for clothes taht I desperately need!!

So I don't know how to do the whole posting pictures thing, but if you go to my profile and go look at my pictures, I have a comparison picture...The left side is starting at 227lbs in Oct 09 and the right side is at 170lbs in Apr 10. All from logging everyday on MFP and doing Jillians 30 DS at least 6 days a week!

So I started out with doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred 7 days a week and a 1200 calorie diet (plus all my exercise calories) in Oct 09... lost 60 lbs up too Apr 10. Slacked off into maintainance mode and maintained my weight up until Sept 10 when I had surgery... from Sept 10 to Feb 11 I had gained back just under 20…

Yoplait Light Desert Yogurts.... especially the Boston Cream Pie... but any will do. If you are craving ice cream my bestie suggested (and I tried it to my pleasure) freezing the yogurt for about 20 min.. gives the same consistency! Kellogg's Fiber Plus Antioxidants Dark Chocolate Almond Chewy Bars Are two of my go tos!

Welcome!!! I am getting back on track after losing 60 lbs while my husband was deployed with the Army from Sept 09-10, I gained 21 lbs back since he has been home. He is off to school, and I told him I'm taking this time to get back on track for the both of us and when he comes home in 2 months we are not turning back…

My answers: 1) My first round with the 30 DS started in Oct 09 at 223lbs and minimal physical activity at that point. I started with Level 1 and did it 7x week. I know the program states you do each level for 10 days= 30 DS, well, I did Level 1 for probably 20 days. I did each level until I could complete the entire level…

Hey ya'll, living in Spanaway working on JBLM! From Ohio originially but the Army brought me here in 2002 and then back again in 2006. I'm so glad to have been introduced to this thread, I would love some local workout buddies!!! I have 30 pounds to lose and some toning up to do.
