I average out about 600 cals on fast days, as I am doing a 3/4 split. I tend not to worry about it too much, I found if I eat breakfast on the day I intend to fast I can get through the day without feeling the need to munch on anything. In regards to the callories, again I dont sweat it just aim to have a normal breakfast…

I drink LOADS of water(with squash), coke(diet), coffee (black), herbal tea, chewing gum... and loads of FULL thoughs to drown the rumbling...Probalby too many chemicals with long names in there but that will be somethng to change once I settle down using IF. I just started on the AD diet and doing the same Mon/Wed/Fri.. I had up till then excercixrd dailly but stopped when I started this diet.... I am wondering how do you fit your excercise around your DDs?
