I'm with you, I hate that lower pooch! I've gotten mine smaller with cutting carbs and reducing body fat through exercise. I also read an article the other day about how poor posture -slumping or leaning back in your chair- creates a lower pooch. Try to sit up straight and suck in those lower abs!

I take BCAA supplement for muscle recovery post workout, it's great really helps eliminate soreness.

We're exactly the same! I'm 5'9" and 131lbs, my goal weight is 125. A little on the skinny side I know, I'm honestly not that worried about the weight number I really just want to tone up & lose a few inches at my waist. I'm also in the 'skinny fat' boat, I've always been thin but never muscular or athletic.

My husband's about 2-3" shorter than me, I don't mind it! A man does have to be very confident and secure to date a woman taller than him I think. He gripes about his height occassionally bc he's short, but doesn't complain that I'm taller than him. He loves referring to me as his supermodel wife ;)

I'm 5'9", now at 131 lbs, my goal is 125. A little on the slim side I know, but 130 is my average weight without working out, when I work out and eat healthy I'm usually around 125-127. I'm not that worried about the pounds, I really want to lose inches and be more proportional- where my fellow pear -shaped girls at?! ;)

I'm a fashion designer in NY- lingerie design specifically. I LOVE my job. Sometimes I feel like a dork saying that, but it's pretty awesome getting paid to go shopping and make sexy lingerie every day.

^agree with aarilynn- circuit training. I'm doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred now, which is circuit training. It's 25 min and burns a ton.

I do on for 2 days, off for 1 day. Adds up to 5x a week, which works well for me. You can put it as "circuit training", or I found this handy formula online to calculate exactly how many calories you are burning: 3.267 x your weight = X X= # of calories burned per hour doing 30DS Divide X by 3 for the 20min workout and you…

I'm a huge wine fan! I love reds, usually Merlot blends. But in the summer I like whites too like a nice Riesling. I indulge about 2-3 glasses a week, sometimes more on the weekends. I can't help it- if it were up to me I'd live on wine, cheese, and baguettes for the rest of my life. ;)
