Steamed tofu and vegetables. Get steamed, not stir fried. If you get any kind of sauce tell them no cornstarch. I just look up the chinese food on MFP.

I used to always be tired, then I started eating 6 small meals a day and voila! My metabolism stays more constant and I have energy throughout the day. I don't even need caffeine any more.

Congrats! I'm also pregnant, but only 6 weeks in my 1st tri. I just quit caffeine this week since I found out I'm preggo! I had to quit cold turkey, I thought it would be bad cause I was a caffeine junkie before, but by the 3rd or 4th day I was fine. Drink lots of (decaf) green tea and eat small meals throughout the day to keep your energy up.

I set my alarm for 10 min earlier than I need to be up cause I know I'll hit snooze at least once or twice. I get to feel like I slept in but I'm right on time.

I workout at the gym 5 days a week, every day I lift heavy for about 30-45 min, followed by 20-30 min cardio on the treadmill or elliptical. I finish off with 15-20 min in the sauna (not sure if that helps but I like to think it does). Sometimes I'll change it up for the 5th day and just do a yoga class or go hiking.

Yep! You can compare it to how many cals MFP says you burn under 'circuit training general' too.

You can log it as "Circuit Training General", or use this formula below. I found them to be only 7 or 8 calories apart so pretty accurate I think. 30 day shred calorie burn - 3.267 calories burnt per pound every hour. I'm an intimate apparel designer and work with sports bras a lot. For bigger chested ladies and quality bras I recommend Lulemon, Nike, and Shock Absorbers. Not cheap but worth it.

Right now I do a 3 day split, 5 days a week so I work each muscle group once or twice a week. Yep, I just started using them to add on muscle. I take Soy Protein if I'm not working out as a supplement to my meals, or I'll take Whey Protein post workout.
