Hey all,
When you all go out for Chinese or order in what do you all usually order? How do you find out the calorie count and how do you measure it? Thanks for all of your help, any advice is helpful and appreciated.

I usually order steamed chicken with veggies - no oil, no sauce. Pretty low in cals if you eat a cup or two of it.0

chicken, rice and soup is what I do and I quick add the calories.....0

Steamed tofu and vegetables. Get steamed, not stir fried. If you get any kind of sauce tell them no cornstarch. I just look up the chinese food on MFP.0

Honestly?
I order beef and broccoli with someone and only eat the broccoli.
The sauce CAN'T be healthy and it's impossible/really difficult to find a calorie count but it's really good. I also like the Spicy Garlic Broccoli and Veggie Spring Rolls. I get the sauces on it, they're high sodium / sugar but better then a lot of other options. My local favorite place is vegan and they offer all their sauces on the side which is cool.0
