Here is my progress. Its only a 4 month difference. They say abs are made in the kitchen.. well, with me now tracking my macros, i sure hope so. Next step is heavy lifting. Currently am only doing home workouts from youtube. Good luck!! You got this!!

With the old program and mfp I am doing the CORE plan and NOT filling out the food diary here. I want to stick to the plan I know works for me. I might change it up and go to the old FLEX, but right now I like what I'm doing. Though its only day 3, so we'll see. :)

I just went back on weight watchers' old CORE plan. I'm doing it on my own and have the old books, but reading what u wrote is very helpful. Thank you. :)

I'm doing weight watchers too. But I have my books from the old plan so I'm doing that. Just doing it on my own. I'm having a hard time though with mfp's food diary and also doing the plan. But I am determined to drop this weight! :)

Hi.. I TOTALLY get where you're coming from! It would be nice to have some extra peeps to help keep us motivated. :) I can't imagine getting up super early to work out though.. I'm more of a work at night kind of gal. How long have you been on here? I just reactivated my account tonight.. its time to lose weight and inches…
