  • I clicked this post from the front page, feeling discouraged myself after stepping on the scale yesterday and gaining back some of my loss. Good luck Kat, and thanks to this group for giving a bystander the motivation to try again!
  • Similar stats here. 5'0 started out around 195, currently at 170. I have been losing 0.6 lbs per week on average. Just hit a plateau that I hope ends soon. Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like.
  • Just shy of 5'1" by 1", but I've set my goal at 120. I have a long road ahead of me, but I've already found that I'm very conscious of my eating patterns, and even enter my bad days. Had one yesterday, but I input everything and know that I won't let it happen again anytime soon.
  • A little bit shorter at 5'0". Current weight is 190, and I want to get down to 120. It's a long way to go, but I'm doing small goals. First goal is to track everything I eat for one week. My hope is that it slowly grows into a habit from there. Good luck to everyone!
