I just bought the DVD last night after doing 30 mins elliptical, an hour body works class (biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, squats, lunges, and abs...and some cardio) and then an hour long power yoga class. I will start the 30 day shred tommorow...because it is my day off from the gym....I will get my 5 # weights back…

THANKS SO MUCH LADIES!!! I kinda needed that....my breakfast is usu. around 200 or so calories...350 - 400 for lunch...snacks is all the calories at 600....so that hardly ever leaves me room for dinner...if I exercise then its a nice dinner...

I am Indian....so I know Our food can be a killer...my makes makes homemade everything including Butter Chicken and Dal Makani (Buttery Lentils)...alll so yummy and I dont know of anyway to make them healthy...have fun on your 5th anniversary Dinner and congrats on being married 5 years

Just read the thread...what is a good protein shake or protein bars....I esp. need a snack bar type to get me thru 2-3 pm (when im most tired) but I normally dont work out until 6-8 pm. I do lift weights 2-3 times a week and I am pretty active most of the week.

I LOVE ZUMBA>>>its the best. Even if you cant exactly do the moves...the instructor would just tell you to keep moving and it worked...SOOO MUCH FUN....it was great...I dont take it anymore because I moved and my current gym doesnt offer it...BUT I MISS IT SOOO MUCH!!!!

I would love to do the couch to 5K...but am I the only person that thinks its freezing out right now!!!! Ever since I lost the 50 lbs (2006) i am always COLD!!! I also even with eating vitamins noticed that more hair is falling out in the shower and also the rings falling off I had to buy new shoes...i didnt go down a size...some would just fall off...
