  • I took measurements this morning so I wont know for a while if I am losing inches and not pounds. I really dont feel like I am exercising too much. I feel like I am doing the bare minimum. I will try increasing my water intake because the weather has been pretty brutal and I notice Im sweating alot.
  • Maybe you could still eat "skinny people" food but add in things to the recipes to up the calories. Cheese, lean protein and using olive oil will help.
  • Same thing is happening to me. 4 days now at 1200 to 1500 calories plus 30 mins to an hour of exercise everyday and I haven't lost any weight yet. Very frustrating but not giving up just yet
