The best diet for PCOS is lower carb. Cut 'em to less than 50lbs and watch the pounds come off. trust me!

Try PB2 powdered, AWESOME in shakes, etc. All the PB flavor without so many calories. They have PB2 chocolate as well. I get it on Amazon.

The ADA recommends around 185 carbs per day as part of a "diabetic diet". However, as a nurse and someone who's lost over 100lbs doing lower carb, I think that is way too high. A low carb diet is ideal for people with PCOS due to the fact that they are insulin resistant and do not use carbs well. Cut your carbs to less than 50g per day and you will MELT. You are also likely to have improvement in menstrual cycle, facial hair, etc. Trust me, it works!!
