It could be because of the pizza, ice cream, junk. Just because you are under on calories doesn't make it a good day. If I were you, I would start looking at my fat intake and make adjustments there...also too many sugars aren't good either. You want to stay fairly well balanced in carbs, fat, sugar, protein AND calories.…

It isn't silly or pointless... I rarely eat after 6pm and I don't starve and I go to bed around 11pm. You really shouldn't eat too terribly late anyway... in mine and my doctors opinion anyway.

Ha! I already did these today! 40 bicycle crunches 30 reverse 30 regular 30 side I only had to add 20 regular to make it 150! DONE!!!!

I list mine as 15 minutes of aerobics general and 15 minutes of calisthenics (push ups, sit ups) vigorous. This gets me at 321 calories. I figure that is close to what I burn.

Fail. I only got 48 in. Pushups are really hard on my wrists. Oh well. I tried! I even got up to 12 at once!

DO NOT listen to nightgamer... it is rubbish, utter and absolute rubbish. Bottom line, eat your net calories. IN! Glad I have 2 days to do these as I just realized yesterday I can only get 5 or 6 push ups in (even girly ones) before I have to stop and rest. Guess the tendinitis doesn't like the pressure.... BUT I WILL DO THESE!! :grumble:

I also agree with the "What is causing you to want to always eat" If you can pinpoint the why you can learn to curb it, or change it. I would not consider jalapenos or pickles a good snack as they are LOADED with sodium. Calories are small, but salt content is huge.

Nice steady pace! I am just starting to get healthy and it takes me 30 minutes to jog 2 miles on my elliptical. 4mph or ~6.5kph. I would probably fall over and puke if I got up to 8mph!!

Sept. 2 - 7,569 steps - It took me 30 minutes to run 1 1/4 mile on my elliptical, but I did it! bigsmile Sept. 8 - 2,365 steps Sept. 9 - 3,422 steps Sept. 10 - 1, 465 steps Sept 11. - 1,877 steps Sept 12. - 2,980 steps Still haven't gotten to a steady rate. I need to challenge myself more, quit being so lazy and WALK!
